That makes 31 victims in Northern California. More than 1,000 people have reported loved ones missing. The sheriff said 745 people have been located safely. More than 25,000 people remain evacuated but some orders are slowly being lifted. The director of cal fire said every fire burning in the state received an influx of new resources today. Allowing many firefighters to get muchneeded rest. While last nights expected dry winds did not materialize, firefighters are still dealing with very active fire behavior, and theyre worried about it.
