Reading about 77 degrees now, but its going to feel a lot hotter as the day progresses. People here in the city bracing for another day of intense heat. Offensively hot. It offenders my sensibilities that it is this hot. I feel like im walking in a hot bath, an unpleasant hot bath. The humidity and heat index potentially dangerous. Its very draining and its hard to breathe. Which is why staying hydrated is crucial. We keep refilling our bottles every 10 minutes. We rest every 30 minutes or so.
