Police say they were called out to the scene after a fight around 9 20 last night when officers arrived they heard gunfire and people started running thats when they found two victims. Almost everybody upset. Reporter Hagerstown Police have charged the mother and uncle as you said with Second Degree murder for allegedly contributing to the 9yearold boys death. Jack garcia died on july 5th after police say he was beaten on june 30th. Authorities say his uncle, 23 yearold Jacob Barajas handcuffed the boy to a clair in their home. Then the mother chair in their home. Then the mothers boyfriend 30 yearold Robert Wilson allegedly beat the child for eating a piece of cake without permission. Police were called to the home but say jacks mother would not allow paramedics to see the 9 yearold saying that jack was just congested. Medics would later see him and rushed him to the hospital where he later died. Take a home and, of course, honor jack. Reporter a moment and, of course, honor jack. It was quite a scene here, of course, very loud, but we saw a person over there who knew this was going on and had an American Flag standing there, very solemn, some other people standing on top of a building watching as this solemn very low key procession happened. The official honorable transfer ceremony will happen at Dover Air Force base and thats where the helicopters are going now. Were not exactly sure why they didnt just fly from chattanooga. Perhaps it was a safety issue, perhaps logistics, but we do understand that they drove the entire way from chattanooga today, some 500 miles, to the manassas Regional Airport here at this very secure airpark here. We believe its obviously very secure and some black federal helicopters took those bodies, had them loaded. We believe three caskets were put on one helicopter and one on another one.
