Rosen petitioned to resentence Santa Clara County inmates from death row to life without parole. If its not fair to seek the Death Penalty against someone for committing a certain kind of crime today, then it wasnt fair to sentence that person to death for the same kind of crime. 20 years ago, only two men received the Death Penalty. During questioning king told investigators he had been shot days prior and was involved in a beef with a rival crew. He told how vims in a bargendy car and he exchanged gunfire. When he admit head fired in the direction of shlonsky the investigators determined they had enough evidence to charge him with seconddegree murder.
