Jack garcia died on july 5th after police say he was beaten on june 30th. Authorities say his uncle, 23 yearold Jacob Barajas handcuffed the boy to a clair in their home. Then the mother chair in their home. Then the mothers boyfriend 30 yearold Robert Wilson allegedly beat the child for eating a piece of cake without permission. Police were called to the home but say jacks mother would not allow paramedics to see the 9 yearold saying that jack was just congested.
