Residents say they know this victim from around the neighborhood but they dont know how he ended up stabbed to Death Outside of a home. This morning the police lines cleared from the West Oak Lane street but investigation is stild underway and police were called to north 20th street at 11 30 last night. Officers found a 42yearold victim lying on the front steps of a home 20 feet from the front door stabbed in the back with a kitchen knife. He had a large steak knife protruding from his back. He was unresponsive and medics pronounced him dead at the scene and police say the victim did not live at the home but

And a witness described hearing the gun fire and seeing a man and woman running and calling for help. All i heard was a pop. I heard one pop and seen the young lady come running out and ran into the garage. Her and the other guy shut the door and i heard a second pop. They saw the shooter fleeing the scene and the victim was able to give information. We came upon the individual conscious and alert and actually shot two times and our officers were speaking with him and our officers were advised by the victim they gave us the name. The officer briefly escorted the woman back to the auto body shop.
