First of all, the suggestion that somehow this ordinance might deprive san franciscans after an earthquake of plastic Water Bottles or somehow deprive those individuals with compromised immune systems of their plastic Water Bottles. ~ 60 as i said before, this ordinance does nothing visavis the private sector.
