Thats where Police Responded to a stolen vehicle call just before 11 00 p. M. That caller said a man had gotten out of the car with weapons and ran into the apartment complex. Officers thought they heard gunshots as they arrived. They saw a car speeding out of the parking structure. They pursued it. The car crashed and the driver was taken into custody.
