We opened 11 new investigations, and we dismissed 23 complaints which put a significant dent in our outstanding preliminary review matters. So when we started this process, when we were down all investigators, we had almost 190 unreviewed complaints, and were down to 58, so im proud of my staff. Theyre doing a great job.
