As a Retail Store Owner i have known kennel for the last eight years and can say firsthand that she is a stellar figure in our Sacramento Community whom we all love. She has always proven to be a leader with a vision for our street. She, her staff and her client support our local shops and restaurants. It is worth considering the synergistic relationship on sacramento street. Designers, architects and builders bring in the highend clients who then support the retail businesses. I think i have a good solution to the cry for smoking lounges and it would be a great idea for all of our community to be able to turn around and heal together. A Community Center in this city is desperately needed where all of us, all different ethnic groups and parts of the medical cannibis community can come together for events and just have Harm Reduction groups and things like that. This allows a store front to have medical cannibis product at low or nominal cost for individuals qualified under California Health and safety code 1362. 7. So it allows the director of the office of cannibis to adopt rules, regulations and guidelines applicable to Compassion Programs including but not limited to eligibility and applicable to those who may get it at low or no cost.
