In an effort to mentor incoming constable galloway worked the night shift and it was during those hours january 23rd when he was shot is and killed during a traffic stop. Investigators say Oscar Rosales who was in the country illegally pulled the trigger. They say he ran off to hide in mexico where he was eventually caught and extradited back to the u. S.
