Reporter when ballots arrive, the county runs it through a sorting machine that addresses and logs them into the system. Other votes from the box did show up from october 12th. This is our status board. Reporter but the total for that richmond drop box was low that day. A ballot makes it on this board after it goes through this sorting machine on the other side. Reporter at this point, the county has absolutely no idea what p hahappened to those ball but taking the lose very seriously. So far, so good. Most of our freeways no major snags especially out of marin county. Commuting from 37 along 101 down into San Francisco, should be a pretty easy ride. Very quiet as your d minutes to go from 37 to the Golden Gate Bridge with clocking in nice speeds. Southbound into mill valley, into sausalito. A traffic hazard in the roadway, slight delays westbound highway 4 into pittsburg, railroad avenue, blocking the right lane and shoulder, some sort of debris there. Once youre past that, nice speeds towards east shore freeway. 26 minutes highway 4 out of antioch as you head to hercules, westbound 580 coming off of 205, you will see that slow and go condition to grant line. Once youre past that point, traffic looks good towards the dublin interchange with no delays on 680 itself. An easy ride out of the east bay into San Francisco. Afternoon, but wont be a total washout. So we will have a little bit of rain and there is some sunshine today, a mix of it all. We will talk more about whats ahead for the weekend coming up. Mike, you said there was a deadly crash in ran rafael. You see the rain here, this was san rafael, this crash happened just after 10 00 last night. Thats the big rig that remained after the crash and then the fire. That rig was engulfed in flames at one point. Had to shut down the entire northbound side, southbound traffic was getting by with big distractions and at times they had to shut that down as well. You see the receipt roadways. All the activity took until just about an hour ago, just after 3 30 they reopened the lanes. The house, which is on a hill, Still Standing but the damage inside a total loss. Neighbors say it isnt the first time a tree has crashed into homes on their treat. The tree apparently fell on a stud and thats the only thing that kept them from being from everybody being wiped out. Reporter the damage comes as several blocks away in the Oakland Hills a mudslide forced people out of homes. I dont know what to expect next. Reporter with more rain on the way the threat is far from over. Neighbors are concerned they will be the next victims. Nobody thought they would be falling down in heavy rain but lots of stuff is falling down in heavy rain.
