The fall semester has begun at san jose state, but some students are finding out there is one class that is canceled and another that still needs a professor. Thats all because of this lingering Sexual Harassment controversy. Last year, University Investigators found professor lewis aptakhar from the department of education sexually harassed a student. He stepped down as the department chair, however, he was still set to return to teach this fall. Some students questioned the decision to allow him to return. Now we confirmed overnight from a san jose state spokesperson, he will not be teaching at the university this semester. He was set to teach two chances. One

It either hit a couple of vehicles or the vehicles hit it. And tow truck is needed. They also need to chop up that tree and get that off the roadway. Right lane is fully blocked. The Philadelphia Phillies confirm to action news that this is the fan shown on stadium surveillance throwing a beer bottle in the direction of ryan howard at the conclusion of saturday nights game. A team spokeswoman says stadium security has video of the incident and turned it over to police. This photo was taken by a fan, he was sitting nearby. Philadelphia police are urging the beer bottle chucking fan to come forward. They plan to issue him a Disorderly Conduct citation. What was Tropical Storm bill is now a tropical depression, but that distinction is little comfort to folks where rivers are in danger of overflowing and roads are submerged. Tonight, flood watches and warnings stretch more than 1,200 miles to illinois and ohio. Omar villafranca is in dallas. Reporter bill pounded the texas gulf coast before racing up north towards oklahoma. The heavy rain caused flash flooding in sealy outside of houston and shut down roads more than 200 miles away in dallas. So far, the state has avoided a disaster, but problems could still spill over for 40 Million People under flood watches. Before the may rainy season, texas was in a historic five year drought. In october of 2011, 97 of the state was in an extreme drought.
