Fayetteville, Ark.- The 24
th ranked Arkansas Swim and Dive team will send seven members of the team to Greensboro, N.C. for the 2021 NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships.
The event will take place in Greensboro, N.C. at the Greensboro Aquatic Center. The Razorbacks will have six swimmers at the meet. Peyton Palsha (500 Free, 400 IM and 1650 Free), Emily Barclay (50 and 100 Free), Kobie Melton (50 Free, 100 Free and 100 Back), Vanessa Herrmann (100 and 200 Breast), Adela Vavrinova (200 and 400 IM) and Andrea Sansores (50 Free and 100 Back) will be competing in swimming events.
Brooke Schultz will be the lone diver competing this week. She will dive in the one-meter and three-meter championships. She clinched her spots in each dive last week at the Zone D Diving Championships, by finishing fourth in the one-meter dive and second in the three-meter dive.
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – The No. 25 Florida State women’s swimming and diving team will be represented by three Seminoles at the 2021 NCAA Women’s Swimming and Diving Championships at the Greensboro Aquatic Center.
“We’re just really excited to be here,” FSU head coach Neal Studd said. “It’s been a tough year for everyone, so were just grateful to have this opportunity. We have three first-time individual qualifiers, which is really fun. We’re looking forward to enjoying the journey this week and having fun.”
Senior Emma Terebo, sophomore Tania Quaglieri and freshman Jenny Halden will start competing on Thursday with prelims of the 50 free.
