Court session that was open to the public, we learned that the defense and the das Attorneys Office cannot talk about anything related to the case because the judge has just learned that at least 5 of the jurors now and paneled have scheduling conflicts so they must work to work every once schedule and take that into consideration while they start deliberations over. The judge even ominously said if one remaining alternate is left, it very well could be asked to do join the discussion so if that happens, they have to start that over again. Right now the fate of Derick Almena and max harris, the two defendants charged with Involuntary Manslaughter hangs in the balance after 10 days of deliberations. I know jury must start over because of apparent possible juror misconduct, possible contact with the news media. ....
