Mistrial for Derick Almena. A hung jury leads to a mistrial for ghost ship Master Tenant Derick Almena, jurors were hopelessly deadlocked on his fate with 10 favoring guilt. I talked with my client for about a half hour, and he is less distress than i, and what we both look forward to is the next trial. And in the next trial we will do better. The jury of seven women and five men also acquitted max harris of all 36 counts of Involuntary Manslaughter. One count for each victim who died in the fire. Harris is set to be released from custody.
