Dr. Chris mackowski, editor and chief and cofounder of emerging civil war, series editor of the civil war series and the engaging the civil war series published in partnership with Southern Illinois university press. Chris is a writing professor in the school of communication at Saint Bonaventure university in allegheny new york where he serves as associate dean for undergraduate programs.
