we start with a student s arrest. he says he is ecstatic that charges against him have been dropped. he was arrested outside of a charlottesville pub in march. pictures and videos showed him pinned to the ground his face bloodied. the commonwealth attorney decided to dismiss the two dis misdemeanor charges.ice investigation. thank you. right now d.c. police are searching for the driver who caused a deadly crash. one person died and several for hurt and the cared crashed just after midnight. it happened on first sterling avenue southeast and in the berry farm area. we are live with more on the search for that missing driver. reporter: well, police believe that dreyer was likely hurt in this accident but despite the injuries he was able to get himself out of the car and run away, and he s still on the loose. the mangled cars speak to the violence of the collision. a witness tells police that the striking car, the volvo was traveling very fast. at first sterling slamme ....
