Police believe she and her abductors are headed toward santa rosa. The chp says two men kidnapped the girl this morning in the town of rupert, idaho. The amber alert applies to napa and sonoma counties. They say be on the lookout for a gray chevy malibu. Now at 11 00 and streaming on cbsn bay area, an active crime scene in a richmond neighborhood. Tonight every homes resident of mcs south has been moved out. This after an outbreak of more than 70 cases of the covid19 disease there. Many have been moved front shelters into hotel rooms. Something homeless advocates say should have happened sooner and not month into the shelter inplace order purpose thats an environment that people shouldnt have been in. They, as Disaster Service workers, are the ones working at these hotels with a population they not totally familiar with, doing jobs they have never done before, which requires tragedying.
