Nsshloky. Court documents say the suspect was in a street gang who had a beef with a rule of gang. A witness saw king rival gang. A witness saw king pull a hand gun from his waist and start firing at a red or burgundy car. In Court Documents the witness told police the driver of the burgundy car fired first. Police recovered two dozen shell casings and fragments from the scene. Our cameras were there when king turned himself into the Homicide Branch in northwest around 4 30 this morning. Court documents say king had intent to kill, had conscious disregard and caused the death of matthew shlonsky, an innocent bystander caught in the crossfire when he got out of the taxi.
