He did talk about how he was upset about that and how he had to be out at the end of the month. So again neighbors did say that that could have been a possible motive. What the police chief said to us earlier is that there was some kind of dispute between the two relatives, but again exactly what was discussed, they have not confirmed. Now at this hour we are still waiting to find out exactly what is going on. The last we heard from police, they were communicating with the man inside, but we have no word at this point whether or not hes actually responded back or not. The last we heard was in the afternoon and they said again they were continuing to try to convince the man and talk to him. We do know that earlier this afternoon he was in there. He did have a gun.
