Attorney generals request that Brendan Dassey remain here at the columbia correctional institution. The judge says in that ruling dassey must be out of this facility by 8 pm friday. This ruling comes from the same judge who tossed out dasseys murder conviction over the summer. Saying his confession to investigators was coerced. The state is appealing that decision. Thats why the attorney general filed an emergency motion to try and block dasseys release. A Spokesperson Office says they will now appeal to the federal . Appellate court in chicago.
