City council met today but there is no resolution inside. Tom is in oakland with more. Reporter it seems like we are close. Close only counts in horseshoes unfortunately. In fact as the schools on the city loses a big money. Because of fees it is not collecting. Intense negotiations but no real progress. Except the police and fire essential services are closed and unavailable. Homeless camps this might leave and evergrowing junkyard. Libraries and Senior Citizens places are close. No Maintenance Work is going on. No building inspections. No crime or traffic reports. A few minutes ago we got this. The city council did adjourn their session.
