yesterday afternoon. it s not somethinjuly. we got the tail end. the low 60s. fog reported. santa rosa, vellejo fog. 63 union city. it s warmer. a little bit of a breeze, overall looking for a mostly sunny day and temperatures continue to bump up a little bit inland in mid-80s, 60s and 70s by the water. we a off to a decent start, steve. let s go to the traffic. 80 westbound, looking pretty good. vellejo, fairfield, looking pretty good, driving in, no major issues, driving to the bridge. traffic is looking very nice. taking 15 minutes, a little more than that to drive from the car keys in bridge to the maize. a line in the cash lanes but nothing major, once you get to the bridge it s a nice drive in to san franciscoch police are investigating a deadly shooting in the bay view district. two people were shot on jennings street, one pen died and the other injured. that person was taken to the hospital and is in critical condition. so far, police do not have anyone in custody

police search for this woman, 50-year-old alicia lisha. we estimate she had been there three or four months. she died of gunshot wounds. there s a detached garage at the house and she s found inside a garbage can inside the garage. neighbors say they haven t seen lisa, as they know her, since late summer. i ve known lisa for the 40 years i ve been here. she was always a helpful neighbor. reporter: police say they checked credit card records and satisfactories she s told others about moving to arizona. but so far, no sign of her. more reaction to the fatal shooting of a police officer. today, the powerful pligs union weighed in on the issues. carolyn tyler joins us with this developing news. three san francisco police chiefs had asked the san francis cole police commission for tazers. but that hasn t happened. now, the head of the rank and file commission says it s time to stop talking and take some action. good afternoon. the head of the police officer s a
