MPAC to stage full series of drive-in summer concerts at historic farm Yes, there will be outdoor concerts this summer in Morris County. The Mayo Performing Arts Center this week announced that it will return to Fosterfields Living Historical Farm to stage a series of drive-in concerts between June and August. In partnership with the Morris County Park Commission, the MPAC series will accommodate up to 175 cars to be spaced on the property, with social-distancing guidelines in effect. Prevailing New Jersey regulations for outdoor gatherings will determine whether patrons will be able to sit outside of their vehicles for each event. ....

Riis is celebrated for his intricately handwoven, representational textiles that strike a balance between social commentary and virtuoso craftsmanship. Dating from 2000-2020, the 58 works on view will include large mythological tapestry panels, Riisâs signature coat and robe archetypal forms, and experimental anatomical tapestry strips, making this the largest presentation of the artistâs work in the U.S. and his first solo museum exhibition in the Northeast.
