The first Hurricane Debby hits florida this morning as a category 1, dumping several inches of rain across the state. And then the storm on Wall Street and markets throughout the world. The dow seeing huge losses as theres growing concern of an economic recession. Lets start in florida where debby has just been downgraded to a tropical storm. At least two people have died as debby batters the big Bend Region for making landfall as a cat 1 hurricane.
