Reporter the lock down has been lifted and the man who had the gun inside the capitol has been arrested. Police believe there is no additional threat. Now we are learning that police are investigating whether that man is the same man from tennessee who interrupted a session in Congress Last year. It is not yet confirmed that is the same man, but that is what police are looking at at this moment. And we of course will get more on that as we go through the afternoon. Well ....
And some victims were badly beaten. Janelle burrell has more. Reporter the same man is responsible for five attacks across the city. The last happening here over the weekend. They hope the newly released surveillance images lead to his arrest. Investigators said the new surveillance images were captured around the time of the attackers last violent encounter. The video released by police overnight shows the man saturday afternoon near the Apartment Building of aaron van schindel. The 83yearold badly bruised after the suspect viciously beat her. And i guess i got socked. I dont remember very much. Reporter its the same man they believe choked and robbed a noneyearold earlier this month. And choked me three times.
