As one of your coordinated projects, the jefferson Street Project included installation of water, sewer lines, street trees, build outs, repaving and restriping. And the work that is completed under one contractor one contract is instead of multiple contracts and multiple contractors, it is done in a linear fashion, but it was just through one contract. Although its necessary for construction activities to impact the public rightofway in order for the project to be dealt, the project has been lenzed due to the fact dpw, mta and puc worked together to create a joint contract thereby shortening the time frame between construction activities. Problems the buses incurred. There was a number of things whether they related to software or some mechanical problem that were discovered while the buses were in route and we will have the records to maintain the bus. But do you have to accept the bus before you do that . Im sorry . Do you have to accept the bus before you get the records . No. We dont have to accept it. Part of the problem is there has been a lot of give and take if you will between us and new flyer at accepting points on various points and whether something and we have given them notice that some of the things they have produced in the bus are not working out the way we want and given them a directive to fix it.
