Police say this started around 2 oclock this afternoon when they got a call for a domestic disturbance on board the train. An argument between a young man and a woman. The bart police chief says officers arrived with guns drawn and confronted the suspect. What happened next, we talked to several witnesses about that, including one who did not want to be identified.
