Related GARDINER Gardiner passed the MSAD 11 budget with 85-26 in favor. For the adult education budget, 89 voted in favor and 22 against. ....
Re-elect Kliphan, Ide in Manchester Letter Share On June 8, Manchester voters have an opportunity re-elect two experienced, dedicated, thoughtful and knowledgeable select board members. Doug Ide and Dawn Kliphan each have served two terms on the Manchester board. Both Doug and Dawn have served with distinction on various local and regional committees and projects. Doug served on the long-range planning committee, Conservation Commission, and school board, and founded the Manchester Apple Festival. He has spearheaded several environmental projects including trail construction and the annual roadside cleanup. Dawn has served two terms on the select board, and has taken a particular interest education and infrastructure issues. ....
