Doug Ide and Dawn Kliphan each have served two terms on the Manchester board. Both Doug and Dawn have served with distinction on various local and regional committees and projects. Doug served on the long-range planning committee, Conservation Commission, and school board, and founded the Manchester Apple Festival. He has spearheaded several environmental projects including trail construction and the annual roadside cleanup.
