let s get to meteorologist bill henley. good morning, bill. improving conditions throughout the day. starting off with low clouds and fog. low clouds into the city and dense fog in parts of new jersey. very thick. right now it s down to zero visibility in some areas. some moisture blowing past the aramark building and one of the elements that helps fog to form and we got that this morning. now down to zero visibility at atlantic city at the airport. if you have a flight out this morning, there may be delays. check with your carrier. georgetown a half a mile visibility and dover has been in and out of the fog so far this morning. we re into cooler temperatures north and west pottstown and allentown back in the 30s and 40s in the i-95 corridor and 47 degrees at philadelphia international. watch the temperatures climb and that will clear out the fog. partly sunny, 50 at 9:00 and into the 60s at noontime and climbing. your hour by hour forecast. first alert traffic reporter kat
