Police say its the most dangerous situation they can face. A call for a domestic disturbance last night that brought them to the front door of 16767 glad stone investigators say kurt was wait and armed. When the officers arrived, they were met by a victim at the door who had claimed that his roommate had pulled a large knife on him. Commissioner evans says when officer Matthew Morris and officer Richard Cintolo went inside figueroa immediately opened fire shooting both men multiple times. Officer officers drakd two injured men to safety. And returned fire killing figueroa. The commissioner says had come unhinged. He was a dangerous individual in and our officers went in there unsuspecting of what took place.
