The suspect been identified bft police as kirk figueroa. 33 years old. Hes a boston. Figueroa sworn in, in july before he was sworn in the clerk told me figueroa would have gone through extensive criminal background check. His file would be on record at police headquarter. Constable serves a threeyear term. We know figueroa applied in may and again he was sworn in just a few months later in july of this year. Constable serves warrant and legal documents to thesy. All nine officers taken here to Tufts Medical Center were here for a few hours and treated for related to the shooting.
