Good evening everyone. A deadly confrontation tonight in south san jose where a mans body was found at stonyhaven way. People on the scene told you the shooting may have taken place when police were following a homicide situation. Reporter thats right. There are a lot of Police Officers out here as well as neighbors. Im told that the body shot and killed by officers is on the other side of that patrol car just beyond that orange crime tape. Police have released few details about what happened. All that have said is that the suspect died here shortly. There is talk that the deadly shooting is tied to a homicide inside an Office Building in lundy avenue thursday. The government actually sued google back in january demanding statistics on employee compensation. Federal contractors are required to comply with certainly civil rights laws.
