A young woman murdered on the pier and tonight we learn San Francisco sheriffs deputies have been making secret phone calls for years to help the feds get Illegal Immigrants like her suspected killer off other streets. The San Francisco sheriff let the suspected killer out of jail a few months ago without telling the feds even though immigration officials wanted to arrest him. Andria borba with how the sheriff laid down the law with his deputies recently. Reporter San Francisco Law Enforcement has been quietly helping the feds telling them when the city was about to release an illegal immigrant. We spoke with several former officers off camera who say it happens all the time because they resented the sanctuary city policy and then the sheriff got wind of it. These are live pictures from the scene on basson avenue. The area is still surrounded in crime scene tape and there are still a number of police cars, a fire van there. Police got a call from a woman who said she and another woman were being chased by her roommate who had a knife. The woman ran out of the house. The male roommate stayed on the porch. A neighbor told us he was in his house when he heard three loud noises outside and the sound of cars speeding away. I called one of my neighbors up and he said some kids came out and a guy had a of new. The cops told him to put it down and they understanded up shooting him, doesnt they ended up shooting him. It doesnt look too good for the guy, i guess. Two officers opened fire. The man refused to put down the knife. His condition is not yet known. We learned late today the man who pol
