This weekend, county executive chris abele and sheriff clarke battled over who has ultimate control over in sherman park. Yesterday, abele ordered the fence be taken down,. Later in the day Sheriff Deputies put the fence back up. Thats when a judge stepped in. Fox6s Jonathon Gregg joins us live from sherman park and continues the story. Judge David Hansher had the final say it seems, ordering soon as possible. soon as possible came just before 12 30 this afternoon as a handful of parks employees arrived with flatbed trucks. They started on the north end of sherman park cutting away the orange fence and wrestling out the fence posts. This all happening while several families were grilling out and enjoying the holiday. it feels real ....
