Now, the officers are embracing it, theyre practicing. I read most of the reports that come to my desk for 5150s, and i see how the officers are doing a great job up there. Theyre building a rapport with people in crisis, theyre not rushing, and i think thats what we want at this point. Were motivated to continue doing our work.
