The witness was selling fruit, sher says, when the mercedes came down gomer at a high rate of speed and clipped the patrol car. She says that one person inside of the mercedes was injured. The other person, she says, took off running. She says that the officer actually asked her how she was doing and if she saw anything. She says that that person ran past the park, and that he was caught about a block away.
