C. And roanoke. Well likely see thunderstorms develop in the air mass. The air mass is warm its unstable. We saw some sunshine in philadelphia, so were 75 degrees, washington d. C. 79 richmond 78 degrees, so thats where we have the watches. New york city and our coast not in the watches because temperatures are in the 40s, so its much more stable.
