The Grammy-winning music duo Daft Punk has decided to split up. Formed in 1993, the French group that redefined electronic music announced their decision on Monday through an 8-minute video called Epilogue.
Kathryn Frazier, the band’s longtime publicist, confirmed the news of the split to news agency
Associated Press. French musicians Thomas Bangalter and Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo who formed Daft Punk were known for donning huge helmets and adopting robotic mannerisms when in public.
