We also do a lot of what we call rules sharing or joint rule creation where as we sift through the reservation data and airline information, we create rules on what were looking for what we would consider to be activity we would want to look closer at and sit down with the canadian government and come up with giantjoint rules between the two of us so we can go through on an north american approach on how to do that. I will submit questions i have for the cbp regarding racial profiling racial profiling, specifically Excessive Force issues which looks like i wont have time to ask here but i would like to submit them and get those responses. But the last question i really want to ask is just, again the resources were applying to the challenges. And you all, again are exhibiting extraordinary ....

So but, i think those are overcome on the in the field, with operational matters. And between the different agencies. Okay. Senator, from a prosecutors perspective, we have made great efforts and i think Great Strides to bring our prosecution teams together, to address some of the challenges that we face when we do cross Border Operations and investigations. Sometimes there can be challenges sharing information. We have to make sure were in compliance with the rules of each country. Sometimes we have to make charging decisions, who are we going to charge and what jurisdiction are we going to charge them. There are different considerations that come into play, based upon the law of canada or the law of the u. S. So i think we ha ....

Mr. Carper thank you. You were there for a number of years. Thank you for that, as well. Mr. Spero from my perspective it is not just the one meeting the one event, the one policy discussion. We have a number of conversations, both with our federal partners on the border as well as the canadians year round. It could be case specific. It could be program specific, and if we have to then follow up on these discussions where we put a working group together to work on maybe some ship issues or intel issues where we need to look, and so those i think are the best practices that work well for us on the border and that make us unique and that we need to keep going, and hopefully, we can eventually have those types of pluses in place on the southern border ....

How do we get from here to there . To which my response is, i do not know. That is a problem for you to solve, i cannot do it. What is it that they seem to be interested in . It is so obvious. Do you think this rule of law has been given on day one and suddenly it was followed . Of course not. Do not think democracy will solve them. It is both your friend and your enemies. Hamilton and madison right the document. It is a very good document. Ask any of us on the courts, we would be in agreement on the basic things. The basic framework is it creates institutions of democracy. People can decide for themselves what kinds of community they want it ....

Then sam jacksons character comes in and using torture and the whole film is about me being tortured by sam jackson and pushing you to see how far everybody concerned is prepared to go to get the information out of him. It was an incredibly difficult film to make for me. I remember one of the first days of the torture thing which is is something where i was chained to the ceiling and hosed down with water with fans blowing on me. And i said how are we going to do this and they said were going to do it but not for very long. That set up a precedent for the hole film. That was a very frightening thing to go through. A point you brought up which is the idea that peoples desire to be involved in helping the imaging of this completely depends on what they believe is how they are being portrayed in it. And that gets very complicated. Its a public they report they are trying to not to get in trouble. There are agencies who are better or less. I think mueller believed in the idea which he sort ....
