It remains blocked by crime sc e tape. Many of the emergencynvehicles that were here when we arrived have s ce pulled out possibly indicating that those that are involved have been placed in custody. Many people told us off camera they were no being allowed inside of their homes. They were told it was for their own safety. Were hearing that as many as two suspects may hav been involved in a wild shootout with Newark Police officers just before midnight on Fourth Avenue.
