Amid a sharp rise in number of COVID-19 cases in Maharashtra, the state on Tuesday vaccinated 3.88 lakh people.
According to the data released by the state government, 3,88,347 lakh people were vaccinated in 3718 centres. The cumulative COVID-19 vaccination in Maharashtra as of 7 am on April 28 is 1,53,22,367.

Six Flags Magic Mountain Announced As COVID-19 Vaccination Site
Six Flags Magic Mountain has been named one of five “large-scale” vaccination sites opening across Los Angeles County next week as public health officials work to expand the county’s capacity for COVID-19 vaccine distribution.
Six Flags Magic Mountain is one of five vaccination sites scheduled to open on Tuesday, Jan. 19. Officials say that each site will be able to vaccinate approximately 4,000 people per day.
“In L.A. County, we have to vaccinate 10 million people, twice,” said Los Angeles County Supervisor Janice Hahn in a statement issued Friday. “These large-scale vaccination sites are going to help us get there by massively increasing our capacity to vaccinate people quickly and efficiently.” ....
