There was a large stockpile, one of the bomb techs called me at home to describe his concern of how large a stockpile of bombmaking materials he had. According to that bomb tech, he knew what he was doing, that this wasnt some novice. So whats on his laptop, how did he learn that . We dont think he learned it in the military.
