We have actually been here since this checkpoint to let people into middletown opened around noon today and you can see people have been lined up all day up and down this highway trying to get back into middletown. You can see there is a checkpoint set up here signs that say residents only. People are passing through for the first time as Law Enforcement officials give them the okay to finally go back home.
