video from the area this was taken from skyfox yesterday. the only way into gernville is by boat. in some places the standing water is eight feet. 4,000 people were told to evacuate. but the sheriff s office believes that only half the people did. deputies went door-to-door telling people to leave. anybody that stayed needs to stay put. a lot of people that did live along the river and did wait too long to get out and had to be rescued by the sheriff deputies and the national guard. i ve seen several cars. most of the homes are okay. they ve all it s been decades of experience here. so a lot of the homes were lifted, garages mostly are under water. this time, we tried the canoe and it flipped over. and we knew we were going to need professional help to get out of there. reporter: this is happening in forestville. this is river road. look at this there is a sign that says road may flood. what is supposed to be here is a small creek. you can see it looks like a huge lak
information currently known, the company and reported to the california public utilities commission and other agencies, the company believes it is probable that its equipment will be determined to be the ignition point of the 2018 campfire. now, this is all part of the earnings report that pg&e has to file with the securities and exchange commission. it details that the transmission line in the area where cal fire says the campfire started will remane out of service until it is either determined safe or decommissioned altogether. the utility discloses it expects $10.5 billion in claims related to the 2018 campfire and another billion dollars related to the wildfires of 2017. also in the filing, pg&e says it has inspected two thirds of its transmission lines in high fire threat areas. as you may remember, pg&e filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy saying that the utility is facing extraordinary charges. you can find that full filing in my twitter feed and also my colleague will be f
