TEXARKANA, Texas The Bowie County Sheriff s Office issued a statement Monday regarding Lt. Scott Lillis who has been placed on administrative leave after he was arrested August 8 on a charge of assault causing bodily injury/family violence.
Arrests were down once again in Bowie County for the fourth week of October 2022, let's hope it's a trend.
