Week #4 of 2024 turned out to be a very wet and cold week which I guess is slightly better than snow and ice paralization. But the criminal activity returned as well which led to a total number of arrests last week of 63. Bowie County Deputies brought in 17 of those, an additional 28 were brought in by other law enforcement agencies and turned over to Bowie County Deputies.

Bowie County Sheriff's Deputies had a bit of a down week, last week, at least when it comes to arrests anyway, not that we're complaining. There were 19 people arrested by BCSO last week, and 36 were arrested by law enforcement agencies other than BCSO and were turned over to Bowie County.
