Semi broke down and that was blocking about a lane and a half out of the two lanes total for about an hour. We still had some smaller vehicles and then another semi tried it and he got stuck. You can see traffic is going to be okay at the bay bridge toll plaza. Traffic is backed up all the way to macarthur, but it is not too bad. We are also looking at the san mateo bridge were traffic here is okay. A crash could be causing some delays. We do not see a lot of slow traffic, but southbound 17 still has two lanes block by two big rigs that are stall. Right now you cannot drive from santa cruz on highway 17.
